Benefits Package
At INTECH we understand that nothing is more important than the health
and safety of you and your family. That is why INTECH offers a benefits
package to our full-time employees. Moreover, our benefits begin with the
first pay cycle because we don't think anyone should have to wait for
peace of mind.
Our list of benefits include:
- Work Visas
- INTECH will incure all the costs related to the transfer of a qualified work visa for potential employees. Potential employees will work with a technical recruiter to collect and provide all necessary paperwork to the company, and to find a placement at one of our multiple clients. - Health Insurance
- INTECH offers two different programs, both through Kaiser Permanente. We offer
an HMO plan and a
Flexible Choice plan, both
of which cover basic dental, prescription and vision coverage.
- Voluntary Plan
- INTECH offers low cost voluntary plans for our employees to participate in for
Short Term Disability,
Long Term Disability,
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment.
- Paid Time off and Holidays
- Every new employee (who opts for paid time off option) will start
accruing ‘paid time off’ at the rate of 12 days per calendar year.
On each anniversary they will receive one additional ‘paid time off’
day, subject to a maximum of 15 days. The time will be considered
earned on the 6-month anniversary of active employment. All
employees that have completed at least 18 months of active service
with INTECH will be eligible to receive any unused ‘paid time off’
pay upon separation of employment. In addition, employees and
consultants receive paid holidays per the holiday schedule issued
at the beginning of each year.
- Fidelity 401K
- INTECH offers participation in one of the leading online
401k programs, Fidelity.
The program offers 24-hour access to participant information via the web, a guaranteed match,
and a profit sharing employer contribution. INTECH has a guaranteed match for the first $2,000
an individual contributes to their plan, matched at 50%, and a 25% match for the next $3,000 an
individual contributes to their plan.
- Tuition Assistance
- INTECH provides eligible employees with tuition assistance of up to
$3000 per fiscal year. The program is designed to allow employees the
opportunity to improve his or her skills by pursuing an undergraduate
or graduate degree that is directly related to his or her current
position. Pre-approval is required, and the employee must have completed
six months of service with the company prior to requesting approval.
- FLEX 123
- our IRS section 125 plan allows our
employees to set aside money on a pretax basis to cover medical and dependent care expenses. All employees
are eligible to participate the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
- Direct Deposit
- INTECH offers direct deposit to the financial institution of your choice.
- Credit Union Membership
- Enjoy the extra services and competitive rates that only a credit union
can provide. INTECH offers membership to Apple Federal Credit Union.
- Referral Bonuses
- INTECH offers referral bonuses to its employees for referring
employees and business opportunities. Bonuses range up to $1500.
- Computer Loans
- INTECH will provide employees with a loan of up to $1,000 toward the
purchase of a new computer for home use. Employee must show proof of
payment for the computer. Loan must be repaid through payroll. Employees
are eligible after three months of service.
- Discounted Web Hosting
- Don't pay big bucks to those "other guys" to host your personal web
projects. When you join INTECH you get Web Hosting at a big Discount.
- Flexible hours
- INTECH operates from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Consultants are to follow
client site schedules and hours of operations. INTECH recognizes the
need for periodic flexibility in individual’s schedules, and encourages
employees to discuss these occasional needs with their managers.
- Friday Casual
- INTECH employees follow the dress code of their client site. INTECH
headquarters follows a business casual dress code and a casual
dress on Fridays.
