Once we identify a potential candidate's resume, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation.
INTECH uses a four-step process to evaluate candidates:

  1. Initial Phone Screen
  2. Internal Technical Screen
  3. Third-party Testing (if applicable)
  4. Candidate Reference Check

Candidates that are submitted for any position will have a skills match of at least 75%. A candidate's interpersonal skills are evaluated during the initial phone screen, and in the face-to-face interviews with our recruiters.

INTECH performs a complete reference check before presenting a candidate to the client. We can also perform background checks, drug testing, and criminal record checks at the client’s direction.
